Pasta with Lemon-Parmesan Sauce is a quick, light and fruity pasta dish.
Ingredients
- 300 g tagliatelle
- 25 g butter
- 2 lemons (organic)
- 100 g Parmesan (grated)
- 6 sprigs basil
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions

Bring salted water to a boil in a large
pot and add the pasta.

Using a
vegetable peeler , remove the peel from one of the lemons in thick strips and simmer it in a little pasta water for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, finely grate the Parmesan, zest half of the second lemon and juice both lemons.
- Remove the lemon peel, add more pasta water, then stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest and Parmesan.
- Stir in the butter, cut into pieces, to bind the sauce.
- Add the cooked tagliatelle to the sauce while still wet.
- Pick the basil leaves from the stems and add them to the pasta.
- Mix everything well and add more pasta water if necessary.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then garnish with a little grated Parmesan and a basil leaf.
